Will my baby’s face be changed?
No. Your baby’s face, expression, and identity are never altered. The photo is carefully edited to place your baby into a soft studio setting — your baby always looks like your baby.
Can I choose a specific background or style?
At the moment, each portrait is created in a soft, timeless studio style that works best for most babies. If you have a gentle preference (for example, lighter or warmer tones), you can mention it when uploading your photo.
Do you keep or reuse my photo?
No. Your photo is handled securely and deleted after delivery. It is never reused, shared, or stored long-term.
Do you offer refunds?
Because this is a custom digital service, refunds are not available after delivery. If there’s an issue before editing begins, please contact us and we’ll help.
